Summary: Price was right, room seemed clean but hallways and stair carpeting filthy. Towels threadbare. Liked the fridge with a freezer and microwave. The bed was clean and furniture decent. Needs a couch or something to sit on rather than two hard plastic chairs.

Summary: The only thing that would could’ve been better is our check in time for an early check-in, but I guess people called in sick or quit their job so we had to wait and check in after our plans later in the evening otherwise everything was great!

Summary: Check in was good; friendly clerk. There was a stain on sheets we noticed when we went to sleep. The sink drain was really slow.

Summary: Staff were very helpful and professional and over-all general impression was good. However the cleaning left something to be desired (shower tub needed some more cleaning and floor could've been swept better). That being said, it still felt more than adequate. The 1-inch gap under the main door is an odd choice, though.

Summary: We came to Duluth for the Tall Ships Festival. Very friendly and fast check in. We were in a smoking room, which we asked for and found it to be clean and no issues of lingering smoke from previous guests. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room, but no coffee maker. Coffee was available in the lobby. The beds were very uncomfortable to us- the main reason for my rating. The motel is older and located above 3 miles from the convention center/downtown. There is a restaurant and gas stations next to the motel, as well as easy access to the highway. Overall it was adequate for our needs and affordable.

Summary: Basic motel needs were provided...friendly staff, clean, comfy bed, close to restaurants and the waterfront area. No coffee service available in lobby but Circle K next door has great coffee. Pet friendly with no carpet in the room is a plus.

Summary: Stayed here because it was the only place in the area that had a room available and found out why pretty quick. The AC unit was loud but I wasn't about to turn it off in fear of the stench from the water damage would get worse. I also wonder how bad the budget is for the amneties when they don't even offer Kleenex/facial tissue.
