Summary: The place was clean and the people were friendly. It is a bit noisy bc of being right on Burnside but that was to be expected. There are a lot of transient people in the area so be aware. They did not bother us but just be aware of your surroundings

Summary: The room #241 was clean and hot water worked pretty well but unfortunately the bed mattress is as hard as a brick, i would suggest a serious mattress swap because thats the hardest mattress I've ever slept on in any hotel in my life but other than that i had no problems

Summary: Its a reasonable priced stay, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable but unfortunately they have some sort of serious hot water problem at this particular location, every shower taken there has been cold and the water never truly gets hot or warm so beware
