Summary: Reduced parking spaces, room was next to entrance with a lot of noisy people in and out, also next to ice crushing machine, who needs to get ice at 2 a.m.? Room was clean though, but heater not working properly.

Summary: Cockroaches, both dead and alive throughout the night. Heavy smoke smell in the non smoking room. We think it was either coming from the hallway or outside.

Summary: first room they gave me was not cleaned from previous person, beds not made. trash can full. dirty cups on dresser. they gave me a different room and apologized. in second room TV didn't work. employee cane to room and reset the TV. good attitude of employee
