Summary: First of all, there is no staff at this motel. Check in is through a person on a computer screen. My reservation was for a non-smoking room for 3 people. When we arrived, the man on the screen told me that the only room available was a smoking room. There were maybe about 20 people in the whole place, (most of us were going to the same conference) so how is it that we had the only room available. I tried to find room in another hotel and there wasn’t much available. When I let them know that we were staying, they blamed the app for giving us a smoking room. The sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable, The bathroom ceiling was disgusting and the shower head was crusty. I never saw one staff member/cleaning person there for the 3 days we were there. If I can help it, we will never stay there again.

Summary: All hallways extremely dark couldnt distinguish room numbers without flashlight on phone. Lady on duty was nice but had to check in via kiosk. Air conditioning in room kept going off and not working smelled mildewy

Summary: Strange to speak with staff through a kiosk! I guess it's for their safety? Basic room. 2 chairs, no table, had to stand to do computer work on top of the tall cabinet that contained the mini frig and microwave. Clean. Pets stay free which was the best!

Summary: It was an uneasy feeling being checked in with a kiosk. Doors to the outside were never locked even in the evening. The ice maker didn't worker nor was the pool in working condition. There was a definite smell as if someone was using drugs and the lighting in the hallway wasn't adequate.
