Summary: Check in was not very good as hotel cancel our reservation and then we have to rebook as walk in customer. Took almost an hour which was very important for us as we only had 6 hours to sleep before continue our journey. There was no shampoo and body wash. There is only one pillow. Requested non smoking room but there was strong odour of smoke in the room. Room floors were not very clean either.

Summary: Parking was easy, staff friendly, and the room was clean. The only complaint is that the toilet seat wasn't attached well and the shower made a loud noise (but worked well).

Summary: the staff was helpful and got me checked in quick. most of my room was clean besides the bath tub they did a poor job on it had a bunch of someone strings of hair in it but other than that the overall stay was good 😎👍
