Positive: The location was good. The pool was closed and the cover was covered with green fungus and drew a huge amount of gnats and bugs. It just needs cleaned up.
Negative: As I stated above the bug situation outside was out of control. It made going out on the balcony difficult. The staff was very rude upon arrival. He was not happy we used booking.com and that we pre-paid. He wouldn’t check us in and we were very scared and nervous because we had our children with us and paid in advance with no way of being able to pay again. He insisted booking hadn’t send over the code yes paying them. We had to figure out how to call booking and get them to send a release in order to get checked in. After an hour we finally were checked in and frustrated to say the least. When we checked out he expressed attitude that he wasn’t paid until the morning. The room itself was fairly clean. We had two rooms and one didn’t have bed spreads and one did but they were stained badly. The pool cover really needs cleaned and outside bugs under control. The balcony lights need to be big lights also because all of the bugs come right to your door. Also the rooms smelled very badly and I’m guessing maybe pest control had been in that day. We aired them out and I had some febreeze. We were there for just the night as we weee going to Hershey Park in the morning so it was good for the night. The diner food is excellent!! I highly recommend Beacon Hill Diner!

Positive: The rate of a room is what makes a trip exceptional. I also was surprised that there are smoking rooms. I would recommend getting is an exhaust fans for smokers. They pull in fresh air from outside while pulling stale air out to keep your surrounding air clean ly thing I could say was the beds were super uncomfortable. Nor another wash clothes and towels. (Some were not there where the maids put them.)

Positive: Staff was friendly. Room was clean and in keeping with my expectations for a motel in this quality class
Negative: Area around elevator was very dirty and smelled like ppl have been peeing there. Uninsulated ice buckets let ice melt much to fast. Surprised to see pool was inoperable.

Negative: The room was dirty! I had to sweep and mop the floor myself! I also had to buy sheets and blankets! This room was DIRTY! The property was DIRTY!! I had to scrub the shower, buy a small throw rug for the floor! Tv barely worked!
