Summary: Toilet partially cleaned, with spattered rim from prior occupant. Pillowcase had stains. Walls in need of cleaning, repair, and paint. Sink and tub had been painted(?) but had peeled around the drains. Smoke smell. Mattress was so so. I slept using a fleece comforter I had with me for my dog. We shared. Dog spent a lot of time sniffing around the room. Not a good sign. It was late, I was tired and traveling solo, so I stayed. Slept OK. To the staffs credit, he called just as I entered the room to ask if it was OK. Hadn’t really seen the room, so accepted the room. Should have said no, but as I said, it was late, and I was tired.

Summary: Upon arriving at Motel 6 we were advised that the reserved room allowed smoking. A non-smoker room was $ 21.43 extra. Whoever heard of a smoking room being less than a non smoking room. Un-heard of in this century. Very Unfair
