Summary: The room was not clean. There was garbage in our garage cans when we arrived. There was no microwave and no refrigerator. We went and asked about refrigerator because my husband has insulin that has to be refrigerated. They said if we would have told them when we made our reservation they would have had a medical cooler. I said no one told us. The outside was also dirty. Noise all night long. Someone kept knocking on our door and you could here people walking all night. Very unsatisfied. We felt very unsafe. There was also a motor home parked in front of our room with people going in and out. Very sketchy motel.

Summary: The room was very basic. They left just a bar of soap. The room was clean but smelled of smoke. The staircases at night has at least one person sitting and chain smoking. Looked like a homeless voucher kinda place

Summary: This hotel honestly was way better than I thought it would be. It is very basic but it was clean. Sky checked me in and she was super nice. I would stay here again.

Summary: Parking was easy. But when we got to our room the 2nd night after being out our room keys wouldn't work and they were not near electronics and i think it was because mine and my husband's stuff was rummaged through. His stuff was in my bag and it was packed separate and some of my clothes were on the bed out and i didn't leave them out. Glad we only left clothes and toiletries in the room

Summary: When I arrived at 3:20 I was told my room wasn’t ready yet. I traveled and planned my arrival around 3:00 pm because that’s when I was told check in was. I planned to get there and shower since I’d been traveling! The front desk told me I could leave and come back in about a half an hour. I explained I wasn’t going anywhere as I got there after check-in and because I was traveling I had planned to shower, and didn’t want to go anywhere until I could!! It took about 15 minutes and then I was able to get in my room. Still a half hour after check-in! The room was ok considering I was only there to sleep, however there was NO hot water in the shower! Again, very disappointing since I planned my travel around getting there and showering. they didn’t have a fridge in the room. I had food I brought for the next day activities. It was very disappointing that much of my food went bad. I was able to put the liquids in the sink with ice, but the sink constantly leaked and the pipe leaked on the floor. There was absolutely no hot water and no blow dryer! Luckily I slept, was up early and left. Would not have been able to stay more than one day/night

Summary: Pool was great for the kids room was good for the price it was perfect! Right across from bucaneer bay so we were finally able to make it there without it being sold out
