Summary: Older model rooms pool was empty broke not fixed yet lawn and landscaping well maintained ice machine in very back and top of stairs on stair well hard on handicap accessible bed was springy

Summary: The staff was great we were traveling a far distance and were not going to check in until very late. They were very nice and helpful and made the check in process so easy for us since we were checking in after the normal business hours. Thank you again.

Summary: I was able to check in quickly. The bed was comfortable and just what I needed to rest my head. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. Nice touch.

Summary: Shower did not work but we were able to use the bath faucet to take a bath. Grounds are well kept except no water in the swimming pool. Lots of dining choices around.

Summary: Property outside was kept up, but the room was not clean. There were not enough towels nor pillows and when we requested additional towels and pillows, we were told there weren’t any. The one positive thing is at the time we stayed, It was very quiet and we were on the first floor. So even though the room wasn’t very clean and we had the issues with the towels and the pillows we at least were able to get a decent night sleep. Maybe that was just luck of the draw. Front desk staff was friendly and tried to help but it appears they were lacking staff and supplies to do so.
