Summary: It’s super convenient to the TSTC campus. If it weren’t for the highway in between, it would be a 5 minute walk to the student center. It’s an older building and they keep it clean, but don’t expect the Four Seasons. It’s a safe place to sleep and relatively comfortable too. The price reflects that. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Summary: Room was not really in clean condition. Floors were dirty-sink was freshly wet and bathtub-toilet did not flush properly -no shampoo conditioner body was. There were 2 very small bars of soap. Beds did not appear to be freshly cleaned either. Not a good place to stay

Summary: The room was in terrible shape. Water damage, gaps around the door, missing trim in the bathroom with mold and water damage behind. Sing faucet was broken, springs poked through on mattress. Definitely do not recommend. I don't think the 10/10 reviews actually stayed here.
