Summary: Front desk staff was excellent and very professional. The room was nice and beds were clean and comfortable, unfortunately, the floors were very dirty, door handles inside and out were dirty, room smelled stale, air conditioner was very loud and could not be turned down due excessive heat so inhibited sleep and did not cool the room enough. Front office entrance could have new floor carpet (the old one was a trip hazard) and an ice-maker. Parking lot could be repaved.

Summary: We phoned because the tv didn't work, it couldn't connect to the cable. We fixed it ourselves ,because we asked for another room ,but none was available and nobody could come help us. So we had to play with the connections and finally we got it after a while. The hair dryer, did not work!
