Summary: Staff was nice, there were parking in the basement. Room was small but fine. But the bed was quite bad, with deep indentations in the middle from use.

Summary: Staff were ok but a bit inattentive at times such as checking in and at the bar. Toilet seat in the room clean but badly stained in fact the whole hotel is looking a bit tired. Having said that we have been coming here for many years now and it is still very convenient for us although a kettle in the room would be useful.

Summary: Good food options nearby, accessible by a number of U- and S-Bahn trains and busses, and not that far from the city center. For a last minute option for the Berlin Marathon weekend, it was affordable and I was happy with the room. Clean, decently sized, and reasonably priced. Staff was also very helpful when I locked myself out of my room. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

Summary: Room was ok, but in on the 2nd floor curtains that letthe light through would have been nice. Also I missed a safe and a fridge. The switch for the bathroom should have been outside notinside. TV screen was rather small. Breakfast was ok. But the fruit salad could have included more different fruits. The orange juice was warm this morning. The bar was ok, but no draft beer only bottles and yesterday no one there to serve. Check out was nice. Staff was very friendly. But today I had to wait some time in the lobby and it was very hot. No air conditioning.

Summary: Stayed for a weekend, got an early check in but the room I got was not cleaning. The window seals were dirty. The tv remote was the worst. Absolutely minging. Aside from those t nothings everything else was fine
