Positive: Food was excellent and staff excellent House needs some love to bring it up to the luxury standards. Eg curtains in our room were falling down. Might need a coat of paint in some areas. Experience was very enjoyable overall.

Positive: Delightful pastoral farm steeped in history with original Wool Shed , Shearers Quarters and very scenic views to The Grampians.

Negative: The tennis court and equipment were not very well maintained.

Positive: Where do I start!!! Being the only guests, we were waited on at every moment. On arrival, though slightly cool day, after a 7 hour drive we fancied a swim. The pool was quickly cleaned & sauna turned on to warm up afterwards - who does that for 2 guests! We had pre-dinner drinks in the drawing room & then served a gastronomic 2-course meal prepared by our own personal chef. We had full access to the kitchen for unlimited non-alcoholic drinks & asked to treat the house like it was our own home - it definitely was our home away from home & have raved to everyone about it!

Negative: Umm nothing!

Summary: Best Homestead stay! Home away from home with a difference! Highly recommend!
