Welcome to our Mountain Cabin #816, just a couple miles from the Boyne Mountain Resort!
Our 3-bedroom cabin is tucked into the woods, perfect for all seasons. Enjoy the hot tub or relax by the newly installed gas fireplace after a day of skiing or after 18 holes at the Monument Golf Course.
The kitchen features all major appliances, including a combination coffee maker. A grill is also available on the deck.

Summary: A bit farther from the slopes than advertised. We had more snow than you could ever need and still not sure how you could ever ski from this particular cabin. We drove 7 hours and got a call when we were almost there that the cabin wouldn't be ready until 6pm (it's a 4pm check in) because it still hadn't been cleaned. However, the prop mgr did let us in the cabin so we could change and go night ski while they cleaned. And they gave us a late checkout on Sunday for the inconvenience which was very nice. Still, at 1k/night and lift tickets already purchased, you should be able to check in at 4pm, as listed. The cabin itself has a nice kitchen. It's definitely well used, has a bit of a musty odor and the furniture in the living room could be updated. Definitely smaller than the photos make it seem, but that is standard Overall, it's fine, but probably overpriced for the amenities, location to slopes, and cleaning staff shortage.

Summary: Our family of 6 stayed for a long weekend!! It was Perfect. Cabin was very clean and had everything you would need. The jacuzzi was great after a long day on the slopes. Host quickly responded when we had questions. Will definitely be return renters at this cabin. Thanks for a great family getaway

Summary: Great location, great cabin, sleeps 9 but there were just two of us. Some of the instructions on location were a little vague we had two small problems at the cabin but everything was handled quickly Hot tub is nice. Fireplace is very cozy. Highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: We rented a cabin for our family to enjoy an early Christmas celebration. The children enjoy excursions as part of their gift. Surprisingly the cabin had been decorated with Christmas decor to enhance our experience. The hot tub was an added bonus. Unfortunately, not all could enjoy due to an upper respiratory bug that some were just recovering from. Pleasant accommodations had 3 minor maintenance issues that we were able to get by with. One toilet handle stuck causing the water to run. The BBQ grill cover and one kitchen cabinet cover fell off when opened. Otherwise, our family experience was enjoyable.

Close to swimming at Deer lake, or very close to lake Charlevoix in Boyne city. 25 minute drive to Lake Michigan in Charlevoix and Petosky. Overall just a great location to explore northern Michigan. Would love to return in the winter for skiing at Boyne mountain!
