1 Bedroom Cabin in Piedmont

Our cabin is tucked away on a private road bordering the Chief Ladiga bike path, Big & Little Terrapin creek. It borders the Talladega National Forest and is walking distance to the Pinhoti hiking trail. We have private hiking trails throughout the property.
The twin beds are in the loft of the cabin and we have a couch in the living room.
This is the perfect quiet getaway from the hustle of life. It is located about 15 minutes from downtown Piedmont. Piedmont has multiple coffee shops, restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, & antique shops.
We have a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, oven with stove top, dishwasher, & kitchenware to make your stay comfortable.
You will be blown away by the mountain and creek views. We have a hiking path that takes you up to an overlook with a swing- this is the best way to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise.
15-20 minutes from Indian Mountain ATV Park (we have room for you to park your trailer)
Less than a 2 hour drive to Birmingham, Chattanooga and Atlanta.
Visit Gadsden (~35minutes) to explore Noccalula Falls Park- especially beautiful with Christmas lights and go to Fort Payne (~an hour) to explore Little River Canyon & Desoto Falls
We have a raised beds vegetable garden that our guests are welcome to pick the vegetables during their stay.
Our property has beautiful views especially if you are looking to visit in the fall to see the leaves changing.
Our property is on both sides of the bike path at mile marker 9 on the Chief Ladiga.

Summary: It was me and my husband we are in our 60s we enjoyed the peacefulness and the walks and it was beautiful, but the one thing that we had a problem with was the bed was small and was very uncomfortable. The love seat did not recline there’s no way you can just sit there and relax and put your feet up. And it was really cold. The first two days we were there and could not go out to walk. Would love to go back but would like for the bed to be more comfortable, thank you Terri Cabeza

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful getaway with our dogs at the cabin. We brought our bikes for a few days of cycling. We loved every thing about it: quiet, dog friendly, hiking and biking trails, scenic, and extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to return.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, came to ride bikes on trail. The cabin is wonderful, great location with hiking around and trail within walking distance for riding. We arrived after dark so it was hard to find, but a neighbor helped us out. Thanks to him for stopping and leading us right to the cabin. Would love to stay again. Well stocked with toiletries and kitchen and towels.
