2 Bedroom House in Whittier, Denver

Bright and open, 2000 sqft home with 12' ceilings on the main level. Built in 1890 as a corner market, later operated as a church and recently fully remodeled to what it is now. This home has original brick walls and a stunning mix of both historical charm and modern comforts.
The main level boasts 12' ceilings, a huge living space, powder room, gigantic kitchen stocked with cookware, and dining room with seating for 8. There is also a desk with a dock and monitor for a comfortable work environment.
Upstairs you'll find two large Master Bedrooms. One with a king bed and semi-private (shares a door to the loft) enormous bathroom with a walk-in shower. Master Bedroom Two is slightly smaller with a queen bed and private bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. In the loft there is a trundle bed with two twin size beds. The loft also has a wet bar, stocked with glass barware for inside, plastic barware for the rooftop, a sink and mini-fridge. There is also a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. Please note that we do not include any laundry soap/dryer sheets. In addition, the loft offers access to the back patio and a spiral staircase to the rooftop patio. The rooftop patio overlooks the neighborhood and is incredibly private. Here you will enjoy both city lights and mountain sunset views.
Back on the main level you will access the ground level patio that is fully fenced. There is a large dog door for your furry friend to go in-and-out as well as a small turf area and cement patio with seating to relax out of the hot Denver sun.
For an additional $25/night you will have 24-hour access to our brand new 2021 state of the art fitness garage gym, heated/cooled for your comfort. The gym includes a heavy 3x3 steel Rep Fitness 6-post Power Rack, 420 LBs Urethane Coated Iron Equalizer Plates, a lat/low row attachment, Iso Arms, spotter arms and landmine. 7 barbells with something for everyone, including 2 curl bars, a 15KG bar for the ladies and even a deep-knurled powerbar. A full functional trainer with multiple cable attachments, assault bike, battle rope, flat bench and the ZeroGap adjustable bench, a 3-in-1 soft plyo box, 5-100 LB dumbbell set, full kettlebell set, many slamballs and medicine balls, farmer's handle carry bars, sandbags of various weights, a battle rope, white board, gym timer and 2 of every resistance band size. If you are a fitness enthusiast you will fall in love with this space.

Summary: The photos did not do this space justice. We all said the same thing as we entered, "It's Huge, it's so big!" The open space layout was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well-maintained and comfortable. The kitchen is new and fairly well stocked. We loved using the rooftop deck/patio and the backyard patio. It was so dog friendly, above and beyond with spare crates, dishes and dog friendly turf. We would all recommend Larry and his property. Larry was very nice and helpful. Thanks for the great memories!

Summary: Beautifully updated house near downtown. The beds were comfortable, and the furnishings super nice. You can walk to the train station and everything you could want to see is only a short car ride away. Highly recommend!

Summary: Our family stayed at this property for the week of the Colorado Sparkler. It was centrally located no more than 30 mins from all the ballparks. The owner was very helpful and having access the on-site gym was a bonus. We will definitely look to book this house again next year.

Summary: We had a great stay here. Larry was incredibly helpful during our time. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The beds and other furniture were comfortable and there was even a monitor if you have any work to do. Would highly recommend.
