Summary: The parking garage was hard to navigate with unclear signage to find the way out. Asked to park out in the top parking lot and was told I had to park across the road which is a very busy route. The room had worn lampshades, the bath tub stopper did not work so could not take a bath for $275 stay! And the room was all the way around at the very end of the corridor farthest away from the main entrance. Asked for a different room but was not accommodated. Would never stay here again. Had very little staff on premises. Door code did not work so had to walk all the way back to reception to get that problem fixed. Very poor service.

Summary: The A/C was very loud. Contacted the concierge and they had a maintenance person conclude that it needed a new compressor. They did not have any other rooms to put me in. Slept with ac off and it was uncomfortable and warm. I wouldn’t be staying here in the future.

Summary: We tired to check in to our room just before 11pm, the code was incorrect. We went back to the lobby and by sheer luck a person who worked there ran into us. He was able to call someone to get the correct code. Customer Service is not bad it’s just not there at all. You are on your own.

Summary: The room was great but we stayed 4 nights. It would have been nice if they cleaned and exchanged our towels. To much confusion when asking for towels and the air bnb people.

Summary: Generally this is really good value for skiing with kids. The room was spacious and the opportunity to cook is helpful. The pool and hot tub outdoor was a hit with my children. The garage is very helpful as well although access it earlier in the day you come in would be even better so you can directly park there. I would however want staff that is a little less aloof and just nicer to clients - just saying hello is helpful… even if you are checking the lift tickets. The Granite lift is not safe for small kids as it does not slow down to get on and off. Either mark it as such or do the needful to make it safe even if you slow it down. More staff would also reduce wait time - 45 min for 2 pizzas seems excessive both the room and the kitchen appeared to be missing a few people and the room was not full. The large hot chocolate at 5.99 feels a little much (and generally the market prices - I paid $30 for a few snacks which felt substantial for not much). The AI checkout needs work. Last I did not receive the info in the 24h before that was announced and the text messages were not in order (wecome text was the last). All in all I’d go back but these minor items are what makes the experience lose a star.
