Summary: There was an issue booking and we did not get there house we intended but were put in another property with the same name. Vrbo was no help in getting the issue resolved. The property manager at least tried to assist but still wanted us to give up 50% of our rental cost to rebook into another of their properties.The house was quaint and was as described. The bathroom and kitchen need updating and a good cleaning. The living room couch was filled with stains. The house has a smoke smell as soon as you entered. We had to purchase air freshener to combat the smell. The location was nice. The hot tub was clean and a nice perk of the rental. The cost was inflated and the house was not worth the cost overall.
