With an easy 3 minute drive to Sunday River Resort, this charming farmhouse accommodates up to 12 people total. It is the perfect spot for any vacation from your family gathering, your work retreat or just your weekend getaway.
This very unique property shows off its value with the most spectacular view of the mountain married beautifully with the ease of accessibility to get to it. No steep and winding roads with difficult access of entry. We have the most breathtaking mountain view of 6 of the 8 peaks and ski trails at Sunday River from almost every window!
Our brand new kitchen has state of the art cabinetry, all new appliances, and gives you a great place to hang out with an open concept to our family room with fireplace. The chef in your group will be delighted to be able to prepare meals while still feeling a part of the day's excitement! The extra space in the game room offers another great space to hang out, watch TV and play ping pong.
Base price includes up to 10 people and 5 bedrooms (2 Kings/2 Queens/ 5th bedroom with 2 Twins. 12 people have 6 bedrooms with the additional being a King. Smaller groups may add this 6th bedroom on for an additional fee. Ask Julie for more details.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the mountain farmhouse. The new kitchen is very well appointed. The fireplace family room is very cozy and the bedrooms are generous in size. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids with room to spare. The location is very close to Sunday River and our host Julie was very easy to connect with when we had questions.

Summary: Beautiful old farmhouse with an impressive array of antiques, lots of space, and a ton of character. Beds were very comfortable, and kitchen was modernized. The gas fireplace was really nice for hanging out in the living room! There are also a lot of board games and a ping pong table - always a good add. The host was very communicative and helpful!

Summary: The host was very welcoming and receptive. The house was very nice with an amazing view of Sunday River. We travelled with a group of 6 and the house was very comfortable, and had plenty of room. We especially loved the location of the house. It was an easy drive, and very close to Sunday River.

Summary: Beautiful stay at this lovely home overlooking the mountain. The photos are accurate and everything was comfortable. The kitchen could use a little updating as there weren’t great pots and pans etc. but we made do.

Summary: Very well restored home (from late 1700's) in a great location. Lots of room to spread out. Wonderful views. I suspect it would be even better in the summer and fall for a family. Easy winter drive to the Jordan or South Ridge; truly 5 minutes.

Summary: Fantastic stay at this property - very cozy home moments away from the slopes. Visited with a group of 12 and we all fit in very nicely. With only two bathrooms for that many people, we had to be very disciplined with toilet times, but otherwise it worked out ok. Wonderful kitchen dining room, great for hosting large meals and playing board games.
