This home, completely rebuilt in 2007, with no luxury spared, was designed for family fun. Located on 12 acres at the top of a private road it offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and room for everyone to relax and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, especially as they are splashing around in the heated salt pool. The property has beds for 12 but ideally sleeps a maximum of 10 Adults.
The main part of the house is an open concept kitchen, dinning and living room with a wood burning stone fireplace, flat screen TV and a fully stocked gourmet chefs kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of granite counter space to create meals to remember. Off the kitchen/dinning area there is a study that can be used as a 7th sleeping area attached to a full bath. There is fully furnished screened-in porch with another eating area as well as a comfortable seating area. The sliding glass doors off the main room provide access to a full length view side deck with BBQ.
There is a signiture suite on the main floor. Which includes a private deck, a gas fireplace, walk-in closet and private dressing area. The luxurious marble master bathroom has double sinks and separate shower and bathtub.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has its own private bathroom with an automated skylight, and a spacious glass enclosed shower. This bedroom has a queen bed.
Bedroom 2 has 1 full and 2 twin size beds.
Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed.
The shared bathroom has 2 sinks and a bathtub/shower.
The lower level provides pool access through a glass sliding door and a single glass door. The main room has a big open entertainment space with comfy couches and chairs and 2 flat screen TVs. There is also a bedroom with a pool view and a queen size bed. The lower level bathroom has a glass enclosed shower.
There is also a sleeping alcove in the basement with a single bed and a trundle.
The heated, salt water pool was installed in 2010 and has an automated pool cover that closes in 30 seconds. The pool was newly landscaped in 2013 and now has an outdoor shower, true summer paradise.
Property also has its own pond, basketball hoop and soccer pitch
