Positive: This apartment complex is brand new, well equipped and in a great location for visiting the ötztal valley, including elements 007 which is 3000m above sea level and area47 adventure area, which is a must for active families. Free Ötztal summer cards are included, which we used for free gondola rides and discount off the aqua dome spa, which was a wonderful experience lit up on a summer evening. This superb apartment complex also has a fabulous communal sauna and super convenient laundry/drying room, which made our stay even better. It is run by a lovely couple in the neighbouring beautiful traditional chalet bed and breakfast, who work hard to ensure your stay is the best it can be. We would definitely return to the apartment and also the area.
