Positive: This was a beautiful home on a beautiful property! We were a group of 7 Adults and 3 kids. It was not only perfect for us adults but it was perfect for children. We were one bed short but we made it work! Its extremely cozy and welcoming and perfect for a family getaway! We unfortunately couldn't stay as long as we wanted but we are already planning our next trip to this specific location. The beds were comfy and the rooms had lots of storage to put your things. The communication was great! Any questions were answered without hesitation and with the most informational response. The gaming room was a big hit for the whole family! It was a nice little addition and kept things interesting! The hot tub was also very nice and clean! The living room has surround sound so it was very nice when it came to having a movie night! It was a very clean and spacious and peaceful home that fit us perfectly and made for a wonderful vacation! We can't wait to go back and are eager for our next vacation to this home!
Negative: The cooking ware and cooking utensils weren't in great condition so we ended up buying a pan and a cookie sheet while we were there. It was just a matter of previous people didn't take care of the things that were left by the owners so I really don't put that on the owner of the property. So my biggest advice is to just take your own pans and cooking utensils. Also the chairs at the fireplace were completely broken when we got there so bring chairs so you are able to sit out there and enjoy a fire!

Positive: Property was well located to reach multiple local activities. The house was surface-level clean. Loved the hot tub out back and my daughters loved the amenities.
Negative: The house has clearly not been deep cleaned in a while. The wood floors were sticky, less so when the a/c was cranked down. Beds were not very comfortable. Different, uncomfortable couch than the pictures. The couch is a sectional and slides apart when sitting on it. The knife block was half empty. Managed to find the scissors but not the remaining knives. No hot mitt or hand towels in the kitchen. Hot tub was left at 105°, so whoever used it last didn’t turn it down to the instructed temperature. Propane was left on from previous use, also not checked per instructions. No bath mats in any bathrooms. Wood chairs near fire pit are in disrepair and not in any condition to be used. Outside furniture in disarray and some not useable. Nail holes in most walls that have not been repaired. All these things affected our stay, though did not prevent us from staying at the house. More like a sign of people not actually evaluating the property and some company running it from afar.

Positive: It had several nice added amenities available for use (hot tub, fire pit, game room)
Negative: I didn’t like being told about an additional $80 HOA fee that was not listed anywhere in the listing. I was notified of this fee as soon as the booking was finalized BUT my booking was nonrefundable so it was either pay another $80 or lose the entire $400+ booking fee by cancelling. Also, the couch was not comfortable and kept separating. It was clear under the couch and not been swept for awhile either.
Summary: It was an ok stay for a very short visit. I think it could be enjoyed more over a longer time.
