Cordillera Gated community has access to beautiful community pool, park and exercise facility. Over 30 plus miles of maintained trails, 8 miles of groomed Nordic trails, 4 stocked fishing ponds. Dining and shops just minutes away or 18 minutes to the Beaver Creek shuttle lot or 28 minutes to Vail garage.

Summary: The house was perfect for what we needed for our stay in Edwards. We have friends that live up the street, so it is very convenient for us. It is the second time we have stayed in the house. There is lots of room and beautiful views. It is a great location for our family and look forward to staying again.

Summary: Stayed for 28 nights in the middle of the summer. Spacious, quiet property with access to all Cordillera amenities. Community pool is a few houses down, and kid-friendly loop trail is accessed literally from the backyard. Highs: + House is 4,455sf and a great place to call home for our family and visiting friends. 3 of the 4 bedrooms could be "masters," with en-suite bathrooms and plenty of closet space. The kids' bunk room is great. All but one of the bedrooms are downstairs, where it stays cool and comfortable even on the hottest days. And every bedroom is equipped with an oscillating fan. + Amenities are complete. Coffee makers and grinders, all kitchen equipment, appliances, cookware, utensils, soap/shampoo, plentiful towels/linens...plus trash bags, aluminum foil, dish soap, laundry detergent...we didn't need to stock a thing. + Host was super responsive and hospitable. A very minor issue turned up early in our stay, and a handyman was out to fix it, same-day. + The bedrooms have blackout shades!! So key for quality sleep (esp. for kids). + Very fast and reliable internet connection, and good work-from-home spaces (none fully-dedicated with a closing door, but comfortable workstations in the upstairs kitchen and the downstairs game room). The "better if"s: + It wouldn't be a rental home if the kitchen knives weren't super dull! I'm still batting a 0.000 on this measure... This will be the very first home we look to book next time we're in the area! Thanks hosts!

Summary: We loved our stay here. It's a beautiful, big house that easily accomodated our family of 7 and is surrounded by gorgeous scenery. It's a short drive down the mountain to the shops and restaurants in Edwards and also easy to get to both Vail and Beaver Creek. Great communication with the caretaker of the house.
