3 Bedroom House in Black Hawk

Our home is perfect for a mountain getaway. There are miles of hiking and ATV trails bordering the property as well as a private neighborhood fishing lake stocked with trout.
Enjoy time reading or relaxing on the deck while watching the wildlife. We do not have air conditioning as most properties in the mountains do not.
We just installed a brand new hot tub in June of 2021 ready for you to enjoy!
You can cook family dinners in the fully stocked kitchen or visit the Last Shot restaurant that is just 3 miles from our home.
Our home is 10 miles from Blackhawk/ Central City, 10 miles from Nederland and 15 miles from the Eldora Ski resort.
During the winter months AWD/ 4WD vehicles are necessary. You must travel 3 miles on gravel roads off of HWY 119.
You have full access to our property that sits on an acre surrounded by National Forest.
We have a security camera at the front door and on the back of the house for security as this property is not occupied 24/7. It also allows us to communicate with you should your WiFi or cellular service not work. There are no security cameras inside. Garbage pick up is kn Sundays and if we have guests Sunday afternoon we will advise you when they are coming as to not disturb

Summary: House and hot tub were great. Kiffany was very responsive with check in communication and after check out. I hope they liked the way we left the house and that we were good guests.We did not let them know about the dishwasher. probably have already replaced the filter and it is fine. We just decided to hand wash. That was our choice. I would stay there again if in the area.

Summary: This place was paradise after a 2 day drive. It was a great place to come back to after a long day of scoping out areas we are considering moving to. It had everything we needed, and more. The peace and quiet was an added bonus. Very clean, plenty of space, comfortable temperature, all the necessary amenities!

Summary: This wonderful house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood down a path from mountain trails and easy drives to National Forest highlights. At the home, we enjoyed the stars from the deck and the comforts inside. Mountain towns nearby gave us plenty of dining options. The hosts were great with quick responses and helpful information. We'd love to go back!

Summary: Very nice location. Great place to hangout with our family (grand children). We had a good time fishing in the lake for some monster trout,enjoying the great outdoors and visiting the surrounding areas. Beautiful country. Very high on my return list to visit.

Summary: The house was roomy, and beds were comfy. We did have some issues with the washer not working, but the property manager was very responsive to the issue. Also, we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and I had to ask the property manager for trash bags and dishwasher detergent, after we discovered there was none. The owner explained that they think the last people to stay took many things from the house. It was frustrating that the house was not well stocked, but I was thankful that the property manager was responsive and apologetic. We loved the location and the hot tub was great too!

Summary: We loved staying at the cabin, especially enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. The huge windows in the living room were fun to watch the stars and falling snow. Pretty amazing to watch a large moose grazing from the hot tub.
