This is your vacation home at the gateway to the "Endless Mountains" in the Loyalsock State Forest. The "Trail House" is suited for 2 adults and up to 2 children so please start with an inquiry so we can discuss. This completely renovated home has it all. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac you are adjacent to the world famous Loyalsock Trail to the East and the Loyalsock Creek to your west. Within minutes you can be at any of the pristine Loyalsock Trailheads. Or go to spend the day at Worlds End State Park. Biking fishing kayaking and did we mention world class hiking?
Pleasantly situated in a wooded lot off scenic Rte 87, we are a short walk from the western terminus of the 59 mile Loyalsock Trail and Loyalsock Creek.
Or stay right at home and enjoy the backyard entertainment area with picnic pavilion fire ring for the smores and hotdogs and game area. A large propane grill on the back porch. The kitchen table does pulls out. The bunk beds are suitable only for children. Beautiful large walk-in shower. The home is ozonated between stays and completely sanitized. TV is ROKU and internet is quite robust. There is no cell service so set your phone to wifi calling.
We are conveniently close to Montoursville and Williamsport amenities, while enjoying the location as a gateway to the beautiful Loyalsock State Forest and the renowned Worlds End State Park. Take the family right out back to our private trail down to the lower road for creek access. Stay in our nature inspired home which we call "The Trail House" and relax unwind explore hike fish and swim to your hearts content.

Summary: The Trail House was a great choice for my husband and I during our first trip to Central PA. The house is on a quiet street and has many amenities of home. Really enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, especially the nice assortment of teas (thank you!). Comfy queen bed. Easy to use Roku TV or your own guest Roku account for personal streaming services. The hosts recycle everything and have several well-marked recycling containers (meat scraps, veggie scraps, paper, plastics, etc.) Communicating with host Frank was great too! His pre-arrival package was very informative. And the personalized welcome sign and chocolate bar upon arrival were nice touches. Worth a stay.

Summary: It was a nice quiet stay. The house was exactly what it was advertised. The neighborhood was nice. Not far from the grocery store. My husband and I did a day trip to PA Grand Canyon. We stopped in a couple general stores on our way up. The views were breath taking.

Summary: We had a lovely week at this cozy home, which is located in the gorgeous countryside of central PA. The house was spotless, decorated with care, and had so many lovely touches that made our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed the chocolate that our hosts left for us, and had fun with the card games and puzzle. The beds were great, and the property is very pretty, just a short walk down to the creek. Some activities we enjoyed: hiking at Rider Park and Worlds End, walking around Williamsport, exploring the small towns around us, antique shopping in Lewisburg. Great food at Forksville Inn and Tavern, Grim’s in Warrensville, Eder’s ice cream. Amazing local produce all around! Frank was helpful and friendly. We were able to truly relax and rejuvenate this week. Much appreciated.
