This fantastic suite in Nederland, Colo., is a 650-square foot mountain sanctuary with spectacular views of the Continental Divide, Barker Meadow Reservoir and the quirky/charming town of Nederland. Private entrance. Close to hiking trails.
+ 7 miles: Eldora skiing
+ 16 miles: Boulder
+22 miles: Casinos
+ 40 miles: Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park
+ 1 Bedroom in suite with 2 new queen beds with pillow-top mattresses
+ 1 queen Aerobed Insulated Mattress (with separate memory-foam pillow top)
+ 1 long, comfortable couch
Guests will have the entire suite downstairs to themselves and are welcome to use the deck and hot tub that is located above the suite.
Upon entering the property, follow signs to Ned and Bed (the lower driveway).
You will have the entire bottom portion of the house with a separate keyed entry. I will most likely be home on the top half of the house.
Please park in the vicinity of the "Ned and Bed" parking sign.

Summary: My fiancé and I booked this spot for a couples getaway and it was perfect! The view was amazing and Kyle was very hospitable. The suite had everything we needed and the hot tub was a nice addition. We also enjoyed our visits from sweet Ollie the dog! I would definitely book again.

Summary: Inside the accommodations are wonderful, clean, neat and well organized. The outside can use some clean-up and fixing. The hot-tub is not private but located outside the owner's unit. the driveway requires you to back out.

Summary: My partner and I booked Ned & Bed because we loved the location for a base while hiking the area. The rental more than delivered on amenities and views! The hot tub was a perfect way to rest our muscles and watch the stars after a long day on the trails. Ollie, the friendly ol’ man dog was absolutely one of my favorite parts of our stay! Will recommend and hopefully return ourselves!

Summary: Awesome setup, everything you need. Worth it for the views and hot tub alone. Although it’s a hike up the hill, it is walkable to the highway bus stop to get into Boulder or up to the ski resort.
