Locked doors to lobby had to ring bell to check in waited about 15 mins for someone to come, was locked in the morning as well had to ring bell at 8am to get the advertised free breakfast…

Positive: The room had been renovated and had a good bed, lots of electrical outlets, good wi-fi, and a newer refrigerator. We were on the quiet side away from the street.
Negative: Breakfast was just marginally better than a grab-and-go bag with few options. The bathroom needed towel bars or hooks to hang towels. Our friend were in a non-renovated room with one working outlet and no way to plug in the hair dryer. The manager had to be called from wherever he hung out when something needed his attention, but he did show up eventually.
Summary: The hotel has potential but appears to be run so as to minimize maintenance and upkeep expenses.

Positive: The bed was great, the room was very clean, the bathroom was awesome. Great shower.
Negative: Just the location. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great. First checked in was actually a little bit worried since it seemed like a hotel where people rented rooms monthly. Ended up being very, very nice. Only suggestion is you really need to paint and refinish the steps going up to room 123, and tighten the railing. It is loose
