Summary: Enjoyed our short trip to the Chimney Rock/Lake Lure area. Location was perfect and only 10 minutes from parks/trails. Property was very clean with many thoughtful guest amenities to make the stay comfortable and convenient. We really appreciated the many different spaces to relax and enjoy the mountain vibe. Communication was also excellent. One note is to try not to be startled by the falling acorns on the roof from the two large oak trees next to the home. Would definitely recommend this property.

Summary: Our family loved our long weekend here. The house is spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. We loved starting the day with coffee on the screened porch, the views were amazing. The quick drive into town and local parks and hiking trails was so easy based on the convenient location. The afternoons and evenings were spent enjoying quiet time in one of the many cozy spots throughout the house, playing games in the garage and relaxing in the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy meals together around the large dining table, also perfect for playing card and board games. It was a lovely stay and we hope to be back soon!

Summary: This is a great, CLEAN house and the location can’t be beat! Chimney Rock and the beach are within 5 minutes, as are shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and more to be comfortable. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

Summary: We LOVED this house! Being a new rental with limited reviews, we were skeptical. However, the property was amazing. Clean and well stocked, open and spacious, and full of well thought out spaces. We were traveling with our son and a friend in their 20’s. The downstairs apartment was perfect for them (beautifully renovated bathroom, separate kitchen, and fridge). Our teenage daughter (15), and niece (10), (as well as the twenty somethings) loved the renovated garage featuring a pool table, ping pong table, huge TV, and hot tub right outside. We ate family dinners and played board games in the renovated kitchen with large table. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Location couldn’t have been better…3 minutes to Lake Lure Beach and 5 minutes to Chimney Rock State Park. Would definitely rent again…really lovely house.
