Positive: The room was clean as a whistle.
Negative: I could hear occupants in the adjoining room talking in the morning. (Not at night.) There were a couple of flies in the room that I had to kill. But frankly, I may have let them in when we entered. The place was simply old and outdated but clean. In this case, I thought it was a pretty good value. Housekeeping had the room very clean. I've stayed in nice hotels in the area that were not so clean. Staff was friendly. It's not the Ritz Carlton. But it's better than a really nice tent.
Summary: Friendly staff. Decent folks staying there. Quiet, clean but old and outdated.

Positive: Was near everything we went to see...all in al it did what we needed for the weekend
Negative: They double booked our room... Spanish guy came walking in on us not long after we checked in..tried to get fresh linens from house keeper was told they had no washclothes... Road work made it a headache to come and go from the motel(To be fair that wasn't motels fault)
