Summary: The cottage was nice on the inside, but the recliner was broke. There was a used coffee pod left in the Keurig with three Folgers coffee pods to be used during the stay. The biggest complaint was there was no water pressure if you flush the toilet while you were in the shower the water pressure went away to a trickle and did not come back so you could finish bathing when the owner was contacted she said that the cottage was an older house and had bad water pressure. On the plus side we did see turkeys rabbits and a bear outside the house.

Summary: Marjorie was fantastic! She was nearby and came to the cottage to help me with the TV. It was very kind. The place was very cozy and well equipped.

Summary: This was a cute, simple place for us to stay a couple of days. Location is close enough to Biltmore house and Asheville’s downtown. We enjoyed the quiet spot on the hill.

Summary: The property was quiet and peaceful. It was very convenient to all the areas of Asheville. Wild turkeys, bunnies and a bear were all seen on the property.

Summary: The property was as shown on line. Everything was clean and all the essentials were provided in the kitchen. Lovely views. Very relaxing. The water pressure in the bathroom could be better.

Summary: The house was just fine and seeing the wildlife certainly made up for the unusual driveway through the junkyard. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves.
