Negative: Property advertised as having parking but the space available could not fit a small car. The so-called parking advertised is elevated and not appropriate for car parking except for motorbike.Next-door neighbour parks their car every day overlapping onto the entrance of the property. Note that the road has a single yellow line barely visible and with no notice board. On a few occasions, a neighbour parked directly in front of the property gate without asking but complained when we were parked in front of the property to load and unload our luggage.

Positive: The apartment was very clean and the owner was very helpful. Cynthia was really nice to us. The location was perfect it was close to most of the malls. We were a bit demanding but the owner and Cynthia met all of our needs.

Negative: The parking space. If you’re planing to rent a car then parking will be an issue specially if you want to rent two cars since the neighbors opposite the apartment are not really helpful and nice. There’s a space inside to park the car but some cars might not fit properly.

Summary: Above all we had a lovely time staying there. The neighbors next door was really nice to us.
