Newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath house with garage. Brand new kitchen and bathrooms, washer/dryer and large primary bedroom. Beautiful mountain views! Minutes to Lake Winni, downtown Wolfeboro and Brewster Academy. The perfect getaway- minutes to marinas, beaches, and hiking trails.
The house is set on 2 acres and has lots of wildlife-you might see moose, deer, and black bear in the yard.
Three night minimum required. Discounted rate for weekly or monthly. Please inquire.
The house is professionally cleaned before arrival. If you find something unsatisfactory call me immediately so it can be rectified. I will leave a booklet of information for you with recommendations-I have lived in the area for over 20 years and love it! I think you will too!

Summary: The home is very nice , clean and has spectacular views from the deck, The bedrooms were a nice size, the driveway paved and a nice garage was nice to park in. Great location for exploring the area. Highly recommend. Great communication from the owner.

Summary: The house was nice and comfortably slept 6 adults. The yard is large and there is a lovely view of the mountains from the house and deck. It's in a rural location that's very quiet - about 15 min to the nearest town. Window A/C in bedrooms and living room kept the temperature comfortable. House is very soundproof. Only minor issue was both bathroom doors were swollen and very hard to close.

Summary: Property was clean and 2 car garage was excellent for storing our 3 motorcycles (3 Touring Harleys). Comfortable setting and we enjoyed the sunroom and back deck. Great location to be close enough to the bike week locations but far enough away to relax in a quiet space. Thanks again from the Harley-Davidson crew... Mike, Tanya, Mike, Gina, Alfonso and Angel!!

Summary: This house is so lovely & you really feel at home there. It is on a beautiful and peaceful spot, yet close enough (within 10 minutes) to downtown Wolfeboro and all it has to offer. I would whole-heartedly recommend this home.

Summary: Two adult couples that enjoy traveling with little sports cars. This home had all that was advertised. Beds were comfy and there was more than enough room for the 4 of us to spread out. Views were beautiful. This property fulfilled all our requirements.

Summary: We have been heading up to Wolfeboro to see family every summer for many years. When our son was born in 2019, we began to rent a local home rather than staying with family. This year we leveled from our usual digs by renting Laureen's space. This home exceeded all of our expectations; we had a really great time. The home is immaculately clear and very well equipped. It is easy to get into town from and the view is amazIng! Laureen responded quickly when contacted, though there was really no need since we had no issues with the space at all. We had a great time grilling and enjoying the fire pit and just poking around the woods outside with our 3 year old. There was also plenty of space inside to not feel cramped at all when we were stuck inside because of crummy weather one day. Overall we highly recommend this home and will definitely stay again in the future.

Summary: The home was even lovelier in person! The spacious layout worked well for our family of adults. The living room and super comfy couches were a great resting spot after our busy days. The deck was gorgeous and we didn’t even get to sit by the fire pit. I could go on about every well appointed and beautifully decorated room. We’re planning on renting this wonderful home again!
