Positive: House layout, bedrooms/bathrooms, pool, workout machine, pool table and ping pong table in garage all were great. Location was great, good neighborhood!
Negative: The master bedroom carpet smelled like pet urine, pool heater was not turned on when we got there, had to notify host. He did come promptly to fix. Back door dead bolt didn’t lock, just door knob lock. Limited kitchen serving, baking, etc.
Summary: Great overall property, very comfortable, lots of space.

Positive: The house is lovely. Two areas to gather; the living room and a great room off the kitchen. The master suite is expansive. It actually has two baths, one with a shower and one with a soaking tub! Nice laundry and swimming pool. Great for a family. The bedrooms are spaced so as to give privacy.
Negative: Very little. The bed in the master was high and required a bit more effort to get into.
Summary: We definitely would return.

Positive: The home is beautiful inside and out. It is very clean! Even areas that most rentals missed the people that clean this location did not. There is great attention out into making you feel pampered. Towels folded into animals, candles for you to light and travel size toiletries. The house is large and designed so groups can interact in areas or have some alone space if needed.
Negative: we can not think of a thing.

Positive: Due to having a full kitchen and the available utensils, we were able to prepare our own breakfast. The location was great and close to all the stores, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, House was quiet, clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Michael was nice, very easy to talk and very friendly. We would definitely come again.
