Summary: To Whom it May Concern regarding the rental for listing #23344 at Scenic Sun Cove house #*** for June **-** under Jaysen ******: We are hoping you can reimburse us some $ for inconvenience. 1). Upon arrival, the water would not come on from the and from the inside faucets.. Maintenance had to be called out to fix and replace the faucet. Our teenage daughters were uncomfortable being alone in the house with 2 maintenance men while we had to remain with our little kids at the pool already. It was installed backwards where the cold was hot and hot was cold. Not a safe surprise when you have little kids who get burned. 2). It is incredibly difficult to get communication back. I understand about being on vacation, but someone should be available for rental questions or problems. 3). Since we did not get communication back about outside garbage can nowhere to be found, we did not know where to put our bags of dog poop that we cleaned up each time. We had to walk down to the clubhouse to use the outside trash there. 4). It is inconvenient only having 1 key card access to the community center. With a large family, it would be nice to at least have 2 or 3 cards so we aren't all having to share the one card. 5). Also the outside shower didn't work which would've been helpful to rinse our dogs. The house was large and spacious. ? Thank you for considering a reimbursement. Jaysen and Cherri ******
