Positive: The entire place is very clean and well kept. The building itself is a bit dated.

Negative: The countertop needs to be replaced - it's broken around the kitchen tap and there is a crack/bulge from using the hot plate on it. The hot plate only cooks on high. I was expecting a kitchenette to include a small range top not a portable hotplate. There's only one space for the hotplate and if you're using the hot plate then you don't have access to the microwave.
