Summary: Room was hotter inside than outside, (over 30 inside and outside) due to a broken thermostat the bedroom. The heater in the bedroom was stuck on high. They were kind enough to move us, but it felt like we really had to convince them. This is an old complex, that was a time share, both rooms we were in were still dated back to the 90’s, and not much changed in the rooms since they were built. We would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone we know. Yes, the rooms were clean, which was nice but the decor needs updated. Staff was polite and did address the room issues.

Summary: Great stay , the hotel it is a bit outdated but it has everything you need , very convenient , close to the hot springs , they have a little place to grab something to eat , and the staff it is amazing , very helpful and ready to respond to your needs. We will be back , we always book this place when we go to hot springs. Thank you

Summary: The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. The pool area was a lot of fun for the kids, the grounds were well maintained, but other than that...it was alright. The superior room was big and relatively clean. There were broken door handles, wobbly dining chairs due to missing bolts, and a balcony that was uninviting, even with mountain views. I wish there were more food choices but overall a pleasant experience, especially because the kids loved the pool and slide.

Summary: The service especially the attitude of the staffs is super good. When we asked for the hot springs info, everyone there was patient . Not only did they introduce the way to the free natural hot spring by walking the trail, but also gave us smile every time we saw them. The favorite part of this trip was playing at the water slides and all of their aquatic facilities. We spent a fun time there. It is very friendly for a family trip, since the kitchen is convient to do some cooking if you bring the food materials with you. It is so impressive about their services and aquatic facilities.

Summary: The pool was great, nice and warm! We had an issue with our bathroom sink and they came and fixed it immediately. The room was a bit tired but clean and comfortable.

Summary: The condos are situated on perfect landscape between the mountains, minutes away from Fairmont hot springs and columbia lake. Its a small village with limited shops, so go prepared if you are a family with kids. Overall, serene place to stay, hot springs are not over crowded, easy wild life sighting.

Summary: Came up through this area on golf vacation. Looking for budget friendly hotel in the vicinity of FHS, didn't want to spend the $$ at the resort itself. Property was nice enough, comfortable. Enjoyed having a sitting area and separate bedroom. Slightly outdated but im not that uptight. 5 min drive to resort. Has swimming pool with decent water slide for kids. Also had sauna and steam room which i enjoyed.
