Summary: Yes, the bathroom is rather cramped and the bedroom just fits a bed (and dresser and TV). Here's why this cozy rental gets 5 stars across the board: -It's thoroughly clean and everything works (including the newly installed AC) -The kitchen is well appointed with 2 types of coffee makers -You wake up and step onto the deck with a gorgeous mountain view -The location between Margaretville and Roxbury is fantastic. In one day my son and I visited the Farmer's Market, swam at Belleayre Beach, did a short hike to the waterfall at Mine Kills State Park, and enjoyed delish pizza near Roxbury. All within easy driving distance. -The communication with the owners was excellent. They responded quickly with helpful answers and great suggestions for local spots. -That seems like enough positive bullet points for a fun and relaxing Catskills getaway!

Summary: The drive up to the property through the rocky road is nice and leads to a beautiful view of the hills. Inside, the place is clean. The bedroom and bathroom do not have a lot of space but didn't detract from enjoying the experience (as most of the time was spent outside) Susan was very responsive to all of my text messages and calls, and was very helpful. During the first night, the air was a bit humid and there was not much air flow. So immediately she contacted her friends and they brought fans over very quickly. Susan also provided us with things to do within relatively close proximity to the property (max 30-40 mins away). Overall it was a pleasant experience. Susan was very helpful and there are many things to do in the area.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The place is cuter than the pictures show! And felt very clean. The location was great for some hikes in the Catskills. The bathroom is definitely a very tight fit. Not a problem for us helpful to know. Hosts were very responsive via text.

Summary: This is a cute little apartment very close to Plattekill mountain. The bedroom and bathroom are very small but a bedroom extension Is planned for the spring. The bathroom is very tiny and difficult to navigate. Having said this, the property is beautiful and if you are looking for a place to spend the night after a full day of activities, this place will suite your needs. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and very responsive via text.

Summary: The property is clean, well stocked with cooking basics, and is a comfortable place from which to explore the beautiful surroundings. The bedroom is small, so if you are looking for lots of lounging in bed, this isn’t the place for you. But no need for bed lounging with such beautiful hikes nearby and great views from the deck and picture window. The place is dog friendly and our dogs had a great time romping about. The nearby towns of Margaretville and Roxbury are also fun to explore.
