Positive: View is great! The room setup is cute.

Negative: The smell of the room. I think guests let the tub overflow or just let water seep onto the floor and that makes the carpet smell like mold and cat pee. I would recommend just getting rid of the carpet altogether and that would make cleaning much easier and more pleasant for guests. The smell was a bit overpowering to be honest. And this is a personal opinion but I did not enjoy the stiffness of the bed. Again, that is just my personal opinion as some people enjoy that about beds. I am just not one of them.

Positive: The location was fine. We could walk to the town and there were a few small business breakfast places nearby that had good prices.

Negative: They need to fix the outside steps. The paint was chipping off and many of the steps look/felt like they were going to break. It’s a fall waiting to happen. The roof top deck feels like you could fall through.

Summary: Thin walls. You hear everything. Room was fine. The outside steps are a danger.

Positive: We love this property! We got engaged here and stay every 6 months or so as a mini get away.

Negative: The only issue, which may be out of the owners control - the horrific smell of weed. I’m Not sure if it’s the neighbors or we have bad luck of someone being below us with it - but it smells like weed a lot. It’s upsetting and nasty. But - not the owners fault. The property is beautiful and unique
