Positive: The host was very accomadating. He made sure our blow up mattress had no leaks for my sons. Great check in instructions. Had our own propane. Air conditioning worked great.
Negative: I was not aware that the pool was not included. We would have to get a family pass each day to attend. But good to know for next time.
Summary: We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

Negative: The kitchen sink backed up with soap suds from another unit. Sometimes low water pressure when flushing toilet and washing dishes. The key lock pad was not reliable. We had a hard time getting into the unit and I was afraid to lock it when we left it for fear of not getting back into it. Could not get the basic cable to work only Roku. Perhaps some written instructions on how to use remotes and key pad etc would be helpful.

Positive: Comfortable, king size bed. Full kitchen equipped with everything needed(except some tin foil and/or saran wrap ;) included salt, pepper and sugar, which was nice to see because a lot of hotels equipped with a kitchen do not provide and basic spices. The covered balcony was really nice and included a BBQ too. We didn't meet the home owner, but that's ok. They were very friendly with communications and made check-in and check-out very easy. We will absolutely be back again!
Negative: Nothing really. If I *had* to make a suggestion, it would be that a propane fire table on the patio would have been amazing. It got quite chilly in the evenings when we were there so we couldn't really spend more than 10-15 minutes outside.
