This 3,000 SF home feels very large with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Between the massive kitchen with a granite island and bar, front living room, and family room, there’s more than enough space to enjoy your stay. This home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near Paradise Valley Mall. Mountain views are on multiple sides of the house and can be viewed from the front and back yard. Neutral, relaxing decor provides the perfect background to an easygoing vacation.
Upon entering the home, the vast open floor plan and vaulted ceilings create a sense of openness. The front seating area is cozy with soft focus lighting and space to read a book, spend family time, and more.
Nearby the dining room has six chairs with a bench totaling seating for up to eight. The granite kitchen bar is located directly next to the dining table with four seats. Lastly, the massive kitchen island provides two extra seats totaling space for fourteen.
The kitchen has a large smart fridge with wine drawer, dual oven, microwave, and dishwasher with all Samsung appliances. We are proud to offer a FULLY STOCKED kitchen including a rice cooker, crockpot, blender, and more than a dozen spices! All of the kitchen necessities are at your fingertips.
Stepping down from the kitchen, the family room has a massive “u” sectional which can comfortably seat more than ten family members around the 82” TV. The TV is also set up with surround sound and auto turn on/off lighting. Lastly, the lift top coffee table and cozy blankets allow you to kick back even more.
Just outside the family room, the outdoor space provides an open and welcoming environment for all of your entertaining needs. Sofa, standard chairs, swing chairs, and chaise loungers leave space for the whole family. The hot tub is set to 103F and maintained to that temperature upon request. Additionally, a gas grill gives guests the option for outdoor cooking.
Five bedrooms and three bathrooms provide space to recharge. All bedrooms have dressers, nightstands, side lamps, closets, and comfy throw blankets. The primary/master bedroom and downstairs master have large TVs for watching your shows privately. There’s also an extra guest bedroom TV that can be moved into preferred bedrooms upon request.
