Villla Pietra is a fabulous combination of a winter vacation and Zen retreat: Plowed and heated driveway, street is first to be plowed due to school bus route, hydronic floor heating, 3 gas fireplaces, covered hot tub, covered BBQ, great location to ski resorts.
This five-star luxury home was designed by architect and award-winning chef and culinary professor, George Zajacek. Villa Pietra not only features views of Lake Tahoe, but an array of meticulous quality and design details including Italian Travertine, and distinctive one-of-a-kind granite, stone, wood, steel and slate accents. This modern home provides four large bedrooms and baths with an additional game room that can be used as a bedroom. The living arrangements are split up by multi-level floors including a raised living room area with views of the lake, a gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the large curved TV.
The home entertainment aficionado will appreciate the high-definition TVs with surround sound throughout. Sonos, Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon, Xbox are all available! Steps down from the living area lies an impressive kitchen and dining area along with access to multiple decks for entertaining. For the discerning chef, top of the line stainless steel appliances abound in this professional chef's gourmet demonstration kitchen. Amenities include: Thermador Professional Series 6 burner stove with grill, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, double oven, warming oven, built in Thermador refrigerator, 2 wine refrigerators, two sinks, chef's cooking and demonstration counter, and coffee station. The large round copper dining table accommodates seating for 7 guests and the kitchen bar accommodates an additional 7 guests. Gas fireplaces in both the kitchen and living room warm the space while showcasing their elegance. Off of the kitchen you will have access to the large, covered deck with a Weber Professional 6 burner gas BBQ.

Summary: It was the perfect home for our family with adult-aged children. It was incredibly well stocked and was centrally located near the downtown area, close to stores and restaurants and a short drive to many of the major ski areas. It was our first time to the Tahoe area and we will definitely return.

Summary: Beautiful upscale home in Incline Village. All photos are true and accurate. Everything about this home is stunning. Kitchen is huge with everything a family would or could use. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Main bedroom is an oasis of space and luxury. The view was beautiful. Our entire family enjoyed the hot tub. We even had snow!!

Summary: Such a big fancy house that everyone in our party of 8 (and 2 dogs) enjoyed very much. There were a few issues with certain lights not turning off, and we weren't able to use the speakers b/c of the ipad that controlled the whole system not working, but those are really minor bits that are outweighed by the kitchen that was well-stocked with everyone one would need to make meals, comfortable beds, heated floors (and driveway) throughout, a nice hot tubs, and a beautiful view. We'd stay there again if we could.

Summary: When I tell you the photos looked great but the actual house exceeded what I thought I saw. This property is amazing. Modern, open, double everything! Double sinks, double microwaves, double ovens. Double dishwasher, and a Commercial cooktop. The property was large enough and capable to handle all our large capacity needs. Beautiful layout. We loved every single balcony and the hot tub! We will certainly be back.

Summary: We booked this trip about 4 weeks ahead- any questions I had got answered very quickly and respectfully. Unfortunately, a huge storm happened and we were unable to stay at the property / go on the trip whatsoever. I’d book with Sue & Boyd again if I got the opportunity and weather was on my side. I got refunded for the night the roads got closed- which is exactly what I needed. Good & honest people, from my experience!

Summary: There were six of us and plenty of room to spread out. The house was nice and clean. The gas fire places were fantastic and the entertainment systems were great and very easy to use. After a day skiing, the kids enjoyed their time in the hot tub. Also, the heated driveway was extremely nice to have, too. The kitchen was nice and spacious had everything we needed to cook. It was also great being able to park our cars in the garage. Overall, I was very happy with this house and would definitely recommend this house to others.
