With nearly 3 acres of private lakefront property, including a dock and boat lift, Vino and Views makes for the ideal family vacation getaway. Only 10 minutes to Wilkesboro and 25 minutes to Boone makes this a convenient destination near shopping, restaurants, and less than a half-hour to all the High Country has to offer.
Enjoy water skiing, fishing, and just cruising the waters and shores of Kerr Scott Lake! Foothills Outdoor Adventures is less than 5 miles away, and they provide rentals for tubing, canoeing, paddleboarding, pontoon boats, and more. Bring your boat and use the boat lift, or arrange for delivery of a rental from the nearby marina. Vino and Views also offers a hot tub, game room, fire pit, and much more.
The main level provides a dramatic open concept great room with vaulted ceilings, wood floors, fireplace, HD Smart TV, and a wall of glass framing mountain and lake views. The open dining area boasts a banquet-style dining table that can dine up to ten guests. With granite countertops and stainless appliances, the kitchen is equipped to prepare and serve meals for a full house. The open-air rear deck features a gas grill, outdoor dining, and outdoor lounging furniture, all under the sun and stars, and from which guests can enjoy spectacular views of Kerr Scott Lake and the Appalachian Mountains beyond. The sunsets from Vino and Views are priceless.
The King master bedroom suite flanks the main level on one side, with a screened porch, private ensuite full bathroom, walk-in closet, and much more. The generous bedroom provides a comfy atmosphere with lake and mountain views and an HD Smart TV. The other side of the main level offers a King bedroom with extensive views of the lake and mountains, a second screened porch, and an HD Smart TV. The third main level bedroom also offers a King bed and an HD Smart TV. A second full bathroom services these two bedrooms as well as a powder room for the main level.
The lower level is anchored by a large den and game room, with a pool table and comfy furniture centered around a huge HD Smart TV. The bar and kitchenette provide a convenient place for snacks and drinks. Enjoy views of the lake and mountain tops from the lower level as well. One side of the lower level features a large King bedroom with an HD Smart TV and big views of the lake and mountains.
