Positive: We really liked the size of our room, the big bed, the balcony. Breakfast was great, the only thing I would add is some fresh sliced bell pepper for breakfast, but all other food (salmon, cheese, egg, veggies) were great. We also greatly appreciated the fresh juices. The pool is great, but a bit confusing where to get in and where the changing rooms are. The room cleanness was also appreciated.
Negative: The only thing we didn't like was that early in the morning we could hear sometimes the garbage/ recycling truck (this was very early a few times, I think from memory it was Tuesday or Wednesday mornings)
Summary: Overall great experience, just the noise in the morning was a bit of a problem

Negative: The staff at the reception are very bad. Shower didn’t work properly and they gave no response when telling them about it. Either there level of English is too low or they don’t care about the problem.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay here, loved the setting, facilities, sporty vibe and great food.
Negative: Our teenage kids were disappointed not to have been able to use the gym. Suggest offering an induction session and then a disclaimer for use to be a bit more inclusive.
