Positive: Great location right near central market and Chinatown. Love the modern, clean rooms and my view from the window was a beautiful skyline view! The pool area was also great with a view of the KL tower. Tasty breakfast, great coffee.
Negative: Truly the only thing that was less than perfect was that the door was not very soundproof. I could hear people laughing and talking coming off the elevators at night and it was a little loud (but not sleep-preventing). Also there were a few fees I didn’t know about beforehand, but that may be true everywhere in KL.

Positive: The look of the hotel is great. All trendy and modern and clean.
Negative: It’s so loud. Constantly heard banging doors and people shouting in corridors. The volume of the music in the bar and pool area during the early afternoon is over the top and completely unneeded. Struggled to have a conversation. Breakfast is chaotic - had to wait at least 20min for a table - no organisation. Tables were left full of plates and cutlery at no fault of staff - just over entitled customers. Choice of breakfast was good but Comstantly waiting for food to be restocked - 5 min wait for coffee queue, over 10min for waffles, run out of fruit - this was all a good hour before end of breakfast.

Positive: Check-in was quick. Our room on the 18th floor had a great view, quiet and comfortable. The lifts were all cool and airy. Breakfast spread is simple, and the food quality is good. The Bar Moxy has great view of KL tower and 118. Cocktails were excellent. The music vibe is great. Loved their playlist
Negative: While there are many cooling fans running at Bar Moxy, it was warm. None the less my wife and I enjoyed the evening. Shout out to ROSE for those excellent cocktails 🍸

Positive: The stay was as perfect as we are used to from other Moxy Hotels. The Room on the 19th Floor was clean and the view was amazing! The stuff in the whole Hotel is very nice. We enjoyed a great breakfast and also the gym is good for a Session.
Negative: The sound from the Bar on 9. Floor goes till 12pm on saturdays and can be heard from the room if you are above it
