Positive: Manager and staff were very attentive. Traveling solo they made me feel very safe and kept an eye out for me. Definitely will come back.

Positive: Loved this hotel! It’s situated between the beach/ hotel zone and downtown so an ideal location to explore. The free bike service was very helpful. Rooms were great with everything you need. What really made this stay however was the staff! They were all so accommodating and friendly and gave us some great recommendations.

Negative: You can only use the bikes for up to 5 hours at a time, it would be great if this was extended as some of the days we wanted to explore further but had to take the bikes back. Also some of the bikes needed some maintenance so give them a test drive before taking them out- as already mentioned these were free to use so can’t complain too much!

Positive: The building is new and modern with nice styling. The staff is nice. Bikes are good and available which is a big plus. The gym was nice, big and clean. The location is half way between the town and the national park with the nicest beaches. We were able to cycle to the beach each day which was great.

Negative: They almost never cleaned our room during the week we were there even though we were out all day. I constantly had to ask them. They never replaced the drinking water in the bathroom even though you can’t use the tap water to brush your teeth. The food was not great and expensive. And service was pretty bad.
