Location, location, location! Our apartment is located close to Broadway & Main - the hub of the Mt. Pleasant neighbourhood. Restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, breweries - Mt. Pleasant has it all! A 10 minute bus ride to many of the major sightseeing spots in Vancouver.
Grocery store is across the street. If you don't want to cook, you will be spoiled for choice in terms of restaurant selection - lots of fun, local spots in the area. For coffee, you'll find some of the best coffee shops in Vancouver close by. If you'd like to try a local beer, there are three excellent breweries within walking distance.

Summary: Overall great location and clean, quiet apartment with all the amenities. Really appreciated the crib/high chair/toys for our 2 year old. Close to transit, easy checkin/checkout and Helen was very responsive via the app. Thanks for a great stay.

Summary: We had a really good stay in a the apartment at Mt. Pleasant. The neighbourhood is safe and with nearby supermarket and plenty of restaurants, what suited us very well. Access to downtown Vancouver is very easy by bus - and so is access to the eastern and western part of the city. Only small downside is the sound of traffic from Kingsway. But all in all a really good stay in Vancouver.

Summary: This property was great for what we needed -- we were in town for a family gathering. It was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen, nice appliances and the decor was wonderful. We loved the walk in closet, and the shower had good pressure. The bed sunk a little bit in the middle which was a little hard with someone who was 6'4, but other than that it was pretty comfortable. The place is directly above a spin studio so you can hear the bumping music most of the day, but it didn't bother us because we are up early and it stopped by the time we went to bed. We would stay here again.

Summary: The apartment was on a busy street but otherwise spotless and fine. It was like staying in one of the rooms set up in an Ikea. But having to go a few miles away to pick up the key was a large inconvenience. You have to go replace it as well on the morning of your flight! You can't simply lock it in the apartment behind you. Unless you've got a rental car (and even if you do) this was an unpleasant stressor on our midnight arrival to the apartment and our early-morning departure from it a few days later. We had to pay for a cab two times to deal with this.

Summary: The apartment was perfect for our needs. It is ideal for 2 adults for a longish stay but a other couple joined us for a weekend and that worked too. The space is lovely, so well equipped, and the location so handy. We had a car but made great use of transit, walking and the occasional cab. Hope to be back some day.

Summary: We found the apartment very convenient to things we wanted to do -- mainly visit with our daughter and granddaughter. The apartment has all the amenities we need. One suggestion would be to get a new mattress for the bed. The current one sags to the middle so that we rolled toward the middle of the bed.
