Summary: The room was nice, modern and clean. But oh my - the customer service all around at this hotel was not ok. Front desk people were not helpful, virtually never there, not fluent. The restaurant staff were too busy and didn't serve us for dinner or breakfast despite waiting 15 min both times. So we gave up and went to town to grab food. For some forsaken reason, the housekeeping team thought it would be appropriate to start vacuuming the hallway at 8:30am. That pissed us off big time. Not worth the hype here at all. As ridiculous as this sounds, we'd recommend Coast Hotel over Everwild. By all means check out the spa facility here but no need to stay at the hotel. Just plain overall awful, the poor customer service just dampened the experience.

Summary: The hotel had its reservation system hacked. Unfortunately our card information was compromised through the process, and the hotel didn’t send any communication. When we checked into the hotel the front desk were very aware of the hack.

Summary: We had a great stay at Everwild. The beds were incredibly comfy, the food was fantastic and we enjoyed an evening at the spa while it snowed. Beautiful resort and will def be back again

Summary: Beautiful hotel and the spa just opened that day. We got a sneak peak around the spa while they kept the privacy of guests in mind. We did not get to try the spa as we only had the evening there. I would suggest that the hotel or spa has a discounted rate for the spa for those who are only able to take a few hours of relaxation on a business trip rather than offering only the day pass as the only option but either way beautiful hotel, spa and great service. Great food at the restaurant. Clean and comfortable room. Walking distance to downtown Canmore.
