Summary: The house was beautiful, spacious, and close to everything in town. There are 2 flights of stairs to climb to get to the main entry to the unit, which opened up to the floor with all of the bedrooms. Another flight of stairs takes you up to the very spacious living room, dining room, office and kitchen area. Having elevator access was the best! We used it to take all of our suitcases up and down to/from the 2nd floor to the bedrooms. Upon check out, the elevator came in handy to take the trash down to the garage.The kitchen was very well stocked with all sorts of cookware, cooking utensils, spices, condiments, plates, cups, etc.It snowed during our stay and we did not have to shovel the driveway to get out as it was heated. What a plus!We did have to reach out to the property owner for a few items, but she was very responsive and got us everything we needed on a timely basis.I'd highly recommend staying here. Would love to come back for another visit.

Summary: Overall we had a great time with our family. The house was beautiful, spacious and located in a great neighborhood with spectacular views. The host welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some snacks, very thoughtful. This house needed to be a lot cleaner and for a kitchen this size they need to add more glassware, silverware and basic cooking supplies (mixing bowls etc). Most of the kitchen supplies are mismatched plastic bowls and mismatched glassware. Here are some of the cleaning issues: two beautiful outside decks facing Baldy Mt had dog crap all over, kitchen counters and sink had grime and food left behind, no clean kitchen sponges, old dirty sponges left behind (bought our own), bathrooms had hair and grime left on counters, one of the beds had stains on comforter, stains on couches in master bedroom and the dryer did not work. We let the host know and because it was a Sunday we couldn't get it fixed before the end of our stay. This place has a lot of potential if they would take the time to have it professionally cleaned before a guest arrives.

Summary: We enjoyed the spacious house. With easy access to Sun Valley Resort and downtown Ketchum, the location can’t be beat. The kitchen had ample prep space, a large dining area and enough room around the living room to play and relax. The separation of space for sleeping ensured everyone had privacy and was perfect for multiple families!

Summary: Overall this is just an outstanding rental house. Its location is close to town, close to sun valley resort, and close to the ski hills. The home itself has breath taking views, it is incredibly spacious with plenty of beds for big groups. We loved the wood fire and the kitchen was perfect for cooking a big thanksgiving dinner. Finally, the host was so considerate and easy to reach out to with questions. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone heading to Sun Valley.
