This bright and sunny, two story Sunriver vacation rental awaits you. A spacious, "reverse living" floor plan is perfect for a group of up to 10 guests to spread out.
The main living, kitchen, dining and ensuite bedroom are located upstairs on the second story. Step up from the front door to enter the great room with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. Leather seating, a wonderful wood-burning fireplace, and a flat screen TV make this a favorite spot to curl up with a good book.
The adjacent dining table comfortably seats 8 for a sit-down dinner, with several kitchen bar stools nearby offering a casual dining option (also a great place to watch the family chef work their magic in the well-stocked kitchen!). The kitchen is spotless and boasts stainless appliances, including a glass top range, and lots of counter space for prepping meals.
The ensuite bedroom, on the main level, features a king bed , TV and private bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom on this level features a queen sized bed and TV.
Head downstairs to find two more bedrooms and a bonus family room. Bedroom one has a king bed and attached bathroom with shower over tub. Bedroom two has a queen bed and a bunk bed and attached bathroom with walk-in shower and access to the hot tub.
The bonus family room located off the downstairs bedrooms is a great place for the "kids" to hang out with a large flat screen TV, leather easy chair, and a sleeper sofa.
In the warmer months, plan to spend most of your time outside on the large, wrap-around upper deck! Patio seating and a gas BBQ stand ready.
A stay at 2 Mt. Rose wouldn't be complete without a soak in the private hot tub! With great amenities like Air Conditioning, 2 DVD players, Ping Pong and Foosball Tables, you might not want to leave. But when you are ready to get out and explore Sunriver, hop on one of the bikes waiting for you in the garage.
Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 9 Mt Rose Lane and 11 Mt Rose Lane homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

Summary: This property is exactly as it is described on VRBO. Very spacious house, perfect for our two families (7 total). Very clean, upgraded and extremely quiet. It is a haul from Sunriver village, so if that's a priority for you, you may want to reconsider. Property managers are great to work with and very responsive. Overall, a 5-star property!

Summary: The house was very spacious, well stocked, and comfortable for our family. The kitchen had everything. All beds were comfortable and smelled clean. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the close access to walking trails and the grocery store. Thanks to the home owners for sharing your warm home.

Summary: The house was very clean! We appreciated the ample space for the seven of us. We enjoyed the hot tub, bikes and game tables (in the garage). We also enjoyed sitting out in the deck in the evenings since the weather was so nice. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed all the deer at the resort. Also, the house was walkable to the North Store.just a short drive to The Village.

Summary: Bennington is one of the best property managers we've ever seen. The house was perfect for us. (3 generations in all). Quiet neighborhood. Spacious kitchen, well stocked. Roomy bathrooms/showers. Large wrap-around deck with outdoor furniture. We used the BBQ. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. Our extended family vacations together every year and as far as houses go, this one is up at the top of the list. Thank you so much.

Summary: We ended up staying at Alpine 7 instead of Deer Park because the property manager said the Deer Park location was unavailable (after booking). Alpine was very spacious and great for our 2 small families. Very convenient location and house was clean. Our only issue were the toilets (the 1st day)... they were very slow to not flushing, but the property manager was very responsive and sent someone immediately to fix the problem. Overall, great stay

Summary: This house is very well supplied for indoor and outdoor cooking. There are 2 living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is lots of outdoor seating and the hot tub was very nice. I was disappointed that there were no SHARC passes and the deck needs repainted.
