Summary: Most amazing place we stayed in Italy! Vernazza is totally the best place to stay in all of the Cinque Terre area. We stayed during the summer when tourist season is at a high. Most all other properties was booked. We splurged and booked this historic tower to make it a little more fun for the whole family. We didn’t want to leave! I can’t put into words how beautiful it was right out the front door. You feel like the king of Vernazza staying here. We hope to do it again some day. The property management service was super nice and friendly. Be sure to ask for help with your bags. It costs per bag but well worth the help if you have luggage. Don’t miss this opportunity. You won’t regret it!

Summary: A wonderful and unique place to stay. It's more comfortable than we expected, at least for a couple (a bigger group will need to use the beds upstairs which are accessible via ladders). The views are incredible. The people on the path were less of an issue than we expected from other comments here. The residence itself is completely private. The main terrace outside is visible from the path above in principle but you're not the main focus of attention. The views from everywhere are incredible. The walk up is shorter than we expected. Cinque Terre Rivera were responsive and helpful. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
